Mounting costs go from about $30 (wheels off, you buy the tires from the shop) to about $60+ (wheels on, you bring your own tires). But over all it varies a lot! Motorcycle Superstore has a Preferred Installer Program which can help you find installers in your area and compare prices.

I've had Michelin Pilot Road 2CT tires on my Monster 750 since the beginning of last summer and I can say that I'm overall happy with them. The only negative is that they can take quite a bit to warm up, especially when it's colder (do you want to guess how I found out? ;)).

I even took them to a track day once and they were ok at most. On the other side, wear is excellent. I've begun to think that they'll last longer that the bike itself!  [laugh]

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me.
