fwiw I'd go for the price to delete the immobilizer.

This is from someone with a red key but no immobilizer code. Who has not disabled the immobilizer,
and hopes to hell he doesn't regret it (so far so good, 2 years, knock on wood)

It's grey with red wheels, which some will (incorrectly) label a Senna but it is not a authorized Senna Edition. His foundation does not receive anything from Ducati.

Whether or not Ducati Paid they made 200 750ie Senna and available to north America only.

All the paper work says Senna

The color combo is cool and all (I had a '02 S4 in the same colors) but it's still not a Senna and certainly not a limited edition bike. Colorrite list the color as Senna gray and that's the point. The color has taken on the name due to it's similarity to the Senna edition bikes. So it may be listed as the color of the bike on your paperwork but it's not notating the bike as a Senna or a Senna Edition.

Not a huge deal. Just trying to let the OP know he's not buying anything other then a M750 with gray (senna) paint.

Not entirely correct.
Other than the sweet paint scheme, the 2002 M750s i.e. (vs M750 i.e.) had new aluminum swing arm and headlight fairing, increased ground clearance, and CF side panels and heat guards.
It was also only sold in the USA.

There’s a lady who’s sure all that glitters is gold . . .

Corrected: A M750S i.e. with gray paint.

Agreed that it's sweet, it was one reason I bought my S4. Also why I love the 2002 748s in the flat gray with red wheels.

I bought this exact bike last Summer. It's been a blast and I haven't regretted it for an instant. You're looking at the M750 S.i.e, which isn't technically a Senna but everyone refers to it as such due to the coloring.

It turns a lot of heads and lends me a coolness that disappears when I'm not sitting on it. Enjoy!

price is more than fair, a clean one up here will still bring 4500 all day long..
they're right about the upgraded bits like aluminum swingarm, adjustable ride height and limited production.  Only year for the FI on a 750...

If you bought the bike already congrats, if not, I would ask that he knock off two or three bills off for the red key. Ducati are the only bikes I know personally that come with the immobiliser stock...

Look! up on the Highway! My word! It's insane! No! It's a Monster....
