First time belt change on DS1000 - couple questions

So I did my first belt change with the assistance of the videos and threads throughout here. I had no problems and got some very repeatable results on Audacity. I shot for 110 Hz and got very close and very repeatable numbers using Audacity. I did end up with two questions I was hoping someone could answer. First off, after I finished tensioning I went back and ran Allen wrenches through to satisfy my curiosity (keep in mind this is a DS1000 engine). I could only move a 1.5mm over the vertical cylinder's fixed idler and a 1mm over the horizontal's idler. Sound right? I was expecting a 4 or 5mm. Second question relates to the Chris Kelley videos. In the videos he sets them to 110 HZ but I see a little message pop up now that says the belts are "happier" at 99 Hz? I wonder what exactly "happy" means in this context. I tried to give them a call but didn't get through. What frequency are you folks using for the DS1000 with the Exactfit belts? Thanks for any input.  [moto]

I just put the CA Cycleworks belts on mine, and the cardboard sleeve on the belt I thought said tune from 99 Hz to 110 Hz. For what I have read you'll be fine, and have not heard why they lowered it 11 Hz. When I did mine, I set both belts at 104 Hz. I tried to get it to 99Hz but kept overshooting it.  It was repeatable at 104 Hz so that's where I left it. I never checked allen key clearance, my double check was the 45 degree twist.
