Headlight, turn signals, brake lights all malfunctioning!

loosen the two tiny screws and try it. If you listen carefully you'll hear the click of the switch when it's adjusted to activate.

If it doesn't come on there is a small plastic dowel that activates the switch in the master...it may be stuck. Try some WD-40 or similar.

I finally got a chance to take a look at that switch. The pin activates fine... I should have mentioned that I switched my stock levers out for pazzo shorties. I threw out my very bent old levers so I don't have a reference, but I'm guessing there is a little tab on them that hits that switch when the lever is pulled. The new levers don't have anything so it doesn't hit. I guess i need to rig something up to fill that space.

You probably lost the little dowel when you swapped the levers.
