how do i post an letter from a magazine into post

on page 136 of the july issue of motorcylist magazine, there is a letter about how a customer put a deposit down on an 848 and when he received the bike they charged him an extra 500 bucks. it is an interesting article and it raises some questions about the legaltiy of the move and the non chalant way dna is handling the problem. its very interesting and would make a hot thread topic, but the problem is i don't know how to find it or import it in so i can raise the questions i want to ask and post the poll that goes along with it. help...

Find a scanner (for example, Kinko's has them) or else take a close-up photograph.
