I was just giving you shit for the sake of it. Consider me having a serious case of watch envy. Watchmaking fascinates me, and the craftsmanship required is mind blowing. Someday I'll own a double tourbillon.

In the mail...

I have had my eye on that watch, but can't justify blowing the few extra bucks on it right now.  There seems to be a cult following of Chinese automatics.  The inside of that one looks pretty cool too.

Not an auto, it's a mechanical, hand wind chronograph, not bad for under  $200 US.
A remake of the 1963 chinese airforce issue watch, movement made on the original swiss tooling.
It comes with a transparent back so that you can see all the goodness inside.

That's a great watch! A classic!

Watch geeks!  I recently started my obessionn with watches again earlier this year. I have been eyeing some German made pieces.

Autos and mechanicals!

I find myself going towards finely made watches that are not commonly seen here in the US.  I sold a couple of pieces (IWC and  a Breitling ) that I rarely wore to finance my collecting.
