Heat gun.
If done correctly... both reflector hardware and glue comes off 100% in one piece.

+1 on heatgun. but not needed.

just pull and wd-40 to clean up.  heatgun makes it easier

i just pulled mine off. twist -- gone. 

i could have used a toothbrush, some vaseline and a can of oven spray, but i couldn't find them.
