I have a good sized head of broccoli I would like to use up.  It's at the end of it's prime so I figured it would cook it into something like a soup perhaps.  Lots and lots of broc and cheese soup recipies out there or broc casserole.  Not sure I wanna go that route...

Lots of foodies here on this board so I figure why not ask.

Any ideas?

MMMMM  you're all making me hungry dammit!

Stella - Peanut Thai chix would be AWESOME if the broc was just a little fresher.   :(

Speedbag - I thought Kiev was the butter and herb filling?  I think I know what you're getting at tho.

steam the broccoli (Steam not boil!!!!)  mix it with some elbows, mayo and some meat of your choice. add whatever spices please you and call it a day.

Or if your just trying to stay on a diet. some light butter and mayo and salt always does the trick.

Or you can just freeze it and throw it at someone you dont like and let them deal with it.
