Consumer Complaint? I need advice

Well that is interesting... to say the least.  I have filed 3 complaints that I can remember with them, and every one was resolved.  One would have cost them substantially less to just pay to get a good rating back than to make me happy, but the eventually did the right thing.  Sounds like something fishy is going on though for sure, but from what I've seen personally, it works.

That 20/20 story makes me think someone should file a complaint against the better business bureau with the better business bureau.
