Anyone know of a set of foot pegs with rubber coating or an insert that will fit the newer monsters?  I am noticing a lot of vibes coming from the pegs.  My old monster had the rubber pegs and I never felt the vibes.  I'm hoping some rubber pegs will help.

there is a DP part for the old multistrada that has rubber coated pegs.  No idea if it will fit though.

Maybe I just need better boots  :-\

Are the new footpegs compatable with the older Monsters?  I have a 2004 620 with two month old black rubber coated footpegs. I'll gladly trade you for your silver uncoated pegs.

If they fit I'll all for it.  Hopefully someone out there is in a better position to verify if the two are compatible.

Here's a photo of my pegs.  Rubber ones up front, stockers at the rear.

If you can't find the part you want, you can cut a bicycle inner tube and slide it over the peg.

Heh, thanks man, but I'm afraid it's an illusion of the photo.  What you don't see is the massive tank dent and the oil stains on the engine covers ;)  Slowly working on getting it tidied up as funds allow.
