River road accident this morning

It might also be sloppy reporting.  Maybe the helmets found at the accident were still on the rider's heads when found.  Maybe first-responders took them off for first-aid purposes.  

What Mexico suffers from is not too much freedom as best I can tell.

I didn't mean it literally, rather as the inability of the government to enforce the laws that protect its citizens. But let's talk about it elsewhere, maybe at the next meet (hint, hint ;)).
