Lars, here's something to help you make up your mind regarding what bike to get...

And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

The dude on the 'berg is good!  To be fair the guys on the sport bikes look like noobs - fairly poor lane choice, not hanging off much and their lean-angle generally isn't huge.

The 'berg 650 was a cool motor.  Long-stroke, old-school four stroke power in a quasi-modern competition sort of build - light (and high maintenance).  Think CRF but with a really long stroke.

I'd love a spin on the TM660 - pimped out they are supposed to be good for 85hp (see last year's pike's peak winner).

Yeah - I though the same thing - this is a track day and I don't see a lot of the guys looking "on it". That said the guy is really haulin'. There was a motard guy at Summit who showed the same mad skillz a few years back. The beauty of a lightweight bike with big torque. It's freaky seeing someone put their foot out on tarmac.
