All of sudden I'm getting a leak from the reservoir? Could it be too much pressure, lever feels hard but brakes are not sticking.  ???

There should be no pressure in the reservoir.  Exactly where is the leak?  Pee cup or coffin?

any chance you are using the rizoma billet reservoirs? if so.....they leak. its a common complaint, without a solution as far as i know.

Mine had a mysterious leak before ended up being cracked where it wad held by the mount thought it was the cap for a while.

Stock reservoir and it's leaking from the cap. Very little though, more like seeping.
I'll change the gasket and see if that's it.

Pull the gasket clean the faces and ensure there's no built up crud under it. A bit of leaked fluid, even from a change/refill that ends up on the cap can cause corrosion. That corrosion will rough up the cap and can cause an uneven sealing surface - which will lead to more leaks
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.
