Mtn Biking on Quantico Sunday..anyone else in?

I will most likely go Mtn Biking Sunday morning on Quantico.  If anyone else rides and would like to come along you are more than welcome to join along.  If you have not ridden the trails on Quantico, they are excellent.  I have plenty of room in my truck, so anyone can meet at my place or on quantico near the Gym.  Let me know

How early are you thinking of going? I would love to go. I haven't been mountain biking in a in a while. I'm probably going to go out tonight though, so I'm not sure I could make it super early.

Damn, bad weekend for it but I'd be game another time. I'm pretty out of riding shape but I can hang.

wish I had seen this sooner, would have joined in.  Went to Schaeffer Farms in Gaithersburg this AM.

Probably leave the house around 730 am...8am at the gym on Quantico.  Only will be an 1hr or so ride...my cardio is horrible and still in rehab fron hip and knee surgery last winter

I am slow (mtn biker that is)

I don't think ay of us would even remotely resemble brisk on these bikes.   ;)

Way back when I was in shape I used to race them :)

Now, yeah, probably not brisk anymore.

Same here.  Started off with BMX, then MTN bikes and then moved to criterium races...

Used to be fast (and fit even), but that was before I discovered the wonders of a German bakery...

Damn, I completely forgot about this.  I probably wouldn't have made it at 8 am anyway though.  We should setup a future ride though.
