The photo of the underside shows oil weeping, could be the filter hasn't been snugged up correctly, or the mechanic didn't bother to give things a wipe down after the install.

I would wipe the area squeaky clean and see if there's any more oil around after next ride.

Pick up a cheap spirit level and put it on the gas tank filler cap to balance the bike correctly for oil level checking.

your bike has oil.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

That oil level looks normal to me.

there is oil in the bike when its on the sidestand it won't show any oil in the sight glass, you have to have the bike almost perfectly vertical to see anything in the sightglass.

they put to the bottom line, now if the bike was cold and its at the bottom line you are fine, personally when cold i fill the bike so that its perfectly between the top and bottom line dead cold, that way when the oil heats up it goes to the the top line and when shut off it usually goes to the bottom line since someof the oil sometimes is caught up in the oil cooler or the heads, a little.
