'95 M900 - Under 4k rpm vibration

I have the m900 with carb.(1995). Previous owner installed Factory Jet kit, Fresco Carbon silencer and a Pipecross filter. I've read that the models with electronic fuel injection should use FatDuc. That will obviously not work for my bike. Is there a cure?
