Bought my '08 S4Rs last year set up just like professor_pro's shown above. No history came with the bike so no clue about ECU status. It can have a little bark during deceleration. It prefers to be above 4500 rpm. At 55 mph I don't like the exhaust noise buzzing inside my full face Shoei and at 75+ mph I don't like the wind noise inside the helmet so I always use ear plugs. I like the look of the short Termi.

I have it on my bike and love it!  It is fine without a tune, but I added a FatDuc O2 Emulator (http://www.fatduc.com/)  to get rid of some pop on decel.  Was recently run on a dyno stock except for exhaust/o2 emulator and it put 127 to the wheels.  Sounds awesome too.
