Wierd turn signal fading then off situation

When sitting at a light I noticed my turn signals start normal then slowly fade then off...

I think I may have the wrong wattage bulb but would that cause that?

what is the correct stock wattage?

not running LED, normal bulbs

I'm pretty sure the bulbs are 10 watt amber bulbs PN# PY10W or 17317 under this website:

Double check all connections. The electrical system on Duc's has always been suspect. Why? No clue. Maybe this winter I will start to rewire some of it. Would be nice to get rid of those goofy bullet connectors
