tried to install new pazzo levers, but for the life of me i cannot remove the clutch actuator pin from the oem levers. (that 1.5mm allen bolt is stripped and probably glued in, and the other bolt also had a dab of glue on it...) can you get this actuator pin separately somewhere? it is something like http://www.af1racing.com/store/Scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=7756 this, only for an s2r1k monster.

I dont get it. I thought the pin is part of the master? The barrel around the pin is what gets adjusted. At least thats how its on my crg's

That pin from AF1 will do the job.

As an alternative, you can carefully drill out that small allen screw, heat and scrape the glue off of the pin, and unscrew it.
Drill and tap for the next size larger setscrew, and go.

yep, i actually ordered the af1 set and just finished installing it. thanks for the answer. i was a little bit surprised this is not more known - i am sure lots of people muck that little screw up. and that glob of glue on the pin was very strange. anyway, the pazzos are up now and running. the only thing i lost is the microswitch actuation, which lets you start the engine in gear with the clutch pulled in. i might put something there if i realize i need that.

You'll want the 'start in gear' feature if you stall it in traffic.

i'm thinking about supergluing or soldering something at the bottom of the screw.
