Anyone heading out to Barber this weekend?
http://barbermotorsports.com/vintage/index.php?adnet=
Driving out in the wagon with my buddy and his 3 year old on Sunday. Should be pretty fun. See you all out there, I'll be wearing the Classified Moto t-shirt.

I would have given my left nut to have gone to this! Barber in general is on my bucket list but the vintage weekend would be the primo time to go.

I didn't really take pictures. Had my camera but was so caught up in everything I was seeing, I forgot. Never saw a Vincent before and saw half a dozen or so including a couple out racing on the track.

You mean the one in red. That is a girl...a damn fine one too! Lots of neat motorcycles there too! I liked the 278 lb NCR M4 with titanium frame, carbon wheels, 1100 EVO motor, etc.

then I won't taunt you with the info of me knowing the owner and exactly where his house is and the offer he extended to me to lookey-loo at this bike in person at his home since I couldn't make it down to Barber....I know alot more than that, but I'll leave it at that...LOL

the horrific thing about that special is that it got rear ended and hammered big time in the 1st race practise, and some people pulled together in a big way to put that bike back to about 98% of what it was for the race and for Alan Cathcart to have a special go on the bike for a couple sessions the following day...
also, it currently has a different motor configuration in it than what it is supposed to have in it...it is a Hypermotard Evo motor instead of the origionally intended 1088DS motor, but it has the older flowed heads due to some updates that weren't able to happen in a timely manner...
