Can you also explain this tuneECU thing to me? Is it just custom fuel mapping? Do I need to purchase a device to hook up to my bike?
TuneECU is basically shareware that two guys in Europe wrote for these bikes. It is similar to what Tuneboy offers, only that it's free. The website for the software is

The only things you'll need to use this stuff is a windows based laptop, a cable (that you can make yourself) and the map you want to load. Having access to a dyno is nice, but not required. Just find a good map written by someone with similar mods to what you'll run and you're good.
