So I woke up this morning to see my recently acquired monster lying down in my parking garage. As expected, nobody saw anything and there were no cars adjacent to it. Luckily I had just installed frame sliders and they really help; only a bent clutch lever and shifter and minor scratches in the handlebar mirror.
While I am assessing the damages I notice there are four hoses right under the engine that look suspiciously hanging loosely.

I recently bought the bike so haven't had time to look into it in detail. I am able to track one hose up to the airbox. The other one has a nut at the end of it and connects to a T-coupling.

Now there are two more hoses that I need help with. I looked around quickly (it's pouring here in South Florida), but couldn't determine where they go. They are circled in red below.

And specially this one, as it appears to come around the bike from the tank or somewhere under.

At this point, I am concerned that someone purposely disconnected at least one of these hoses. It's a 2007 s2r 1000. I found the shop manual but the graphics are limited and did not help. Haven't started the bike. Your help is appreciated.

Most of those are from the emission/carbon canister that clearly have been removed. Who ever did this, should have done a better job.  The one that is pinched, is a vent and the one that goes to the tank is also a vent/drain. Follow the others and see where they go. When the emission is removed, most people try to plug at the source. Just make sure you don't plug one that vents or drain. If you need more help, I can take some pics of my 08' for you to use as reference.

Looked online and it appears to be the old emissions canister hoses as you described. Thanks

the one in the first pic with the duck lips is from the airbox.  it allows water to escape but no air to back up

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

The one to the left of the duck-lipped hosed that ducatiz described looks to be an overflow hose if I don't miss my guess.  You can tell it's supposed to be there (or someone thought it was supposed to be there) by how it's running through that bracket.  Probably runs back to the gas tank if I don't miss my guess.
