620 technical guide?

a while back someone here or on the old board was kind enough to provide a service manual in pdf.  Recently I had a hard drive go to crap and all is lost on it. 

No amount of searching on here or the old board has turned up the topic and I can't recall where I downloaded it.  Anyone have a link they can provide or send the pdf to my email?
