Dropped my bike the other day (while trying to U turn, grabbed the front brake, very low speed), bent the rear brake lever (good thing i have frame sliders/bar ends). Tried to straighten it but broke it. Any suggestions on replacement? If anybody has a used one around. Ducati is asking $90 for a new one.  [thumbsdown]

BTW scratched the clutch cover side of the crankcase also, planing on repainting it red when I get the chance.

depending on how much of the lever is left or where it snapped, perhaps you can drill a hole in the end and put a bolt into it or take 2 plates and make a splint and repair it that way?....all depends on how creative and cheap you want to be...

That is a great idea! thanks man! [clap] I was thinking of maybe welding/finding a used lever .... but this one looks like It might come out actually cool looking. Now I have to look around for the right size bolts  [thumbsup]

I think a shoulder bolt would do a good job, btw the cut is where the foot peg thing meets the lever itself.
