Fuel delivery issues

First off, the bike is a 2000 750, carbed. I have a manual petcock in, with the vacuum petcock pulled.

Went to start the bike today, and it sounds like it's choking for fuel. I pulled the fuel hose out of the carbs and fuel is simply dribbling out. When the engine is cranked, the volume of fuel doesn't change.

Does this mean the pump is bad? or something else in the line?

I'd check the fuel line under the tank first for a kink, then the filter. Then the pump and petcock. Manual petcocks are pretty old school tough. Do the old bypass tricks around each unit till you isolate it.
You'd be amazed how many fuel problems are a bad filter. Check the vacuum line to the pump as well.
Let us know how you go.

Just checked. No kinks in the lines. Steady flow out of filter (it's brand new), steady flow out of manual petcock, still the same dribble from the pump, even when engine is cranked.
