Monster 696 15k miles scheduled maintenance

It's time for the 15k miles scheduled maintenance.  I am trying my best to avoid paying the high dealer cost for the work. I don't have the extra cash right now. I'm taking my bike to an independent mechanic. MUST DO 15K miles maintenance checks/replace parts on Monster 696?  I am thankful for any advice.

Check valve clearance- adjust as needed
Replace cam drive belts - they need to come off to check the valves, so this should only be a parts cost.

Should:
replace fork oil

DIY at home
Flush hydraulics
Check nuts, bolts, brake pads and rotors etc etc.
