I need a new battery, and I wasn't very happy with the Batteries plus one I got last time.  I'd like to get something smaller, or at least sealed.  I'm also cheap.  I know, Ducati and cheap don't go well together, but I will likely be selling the bike once I get it running right. Should I just get another Batteries plus POS or can I get something better for about the same price? (~$100)

I just bought a battery from batteries plus. ??? Did I make a bad choice? What did you not like about it? I was in your shoes with being cheap. My Duc store just closed down here in OKC so i had to find an alternate place for any parts.

Your close to Ducati Omaha.  They do a fantastic job on Internet and phone sales.

Give Full Spectrum Power a look... They're all hand-made in the USA from US made components... and the owner/developer is a Monster rider/1098 racer.

**disclaimer** I'm friends with the owner and I do all of his photography/ad work, but I'd recommend it regardless: it's still a good product.
