Can the plastic tanks be worked on?
«

Is the material suitable for repair or in this case modification?
I ask because I can't get the RoadRacing tank shape out of my head

Will they be RR shape? I don't know yet.
As long as the plastic doesn't expand with the still available non-ethanol gas - I have both options.

I'd mod a plastic tank with epoxy materials and coat it with an epoxy coating.
Can't be any worse than a stock tank.
