I could have sworn that 821 was winning by over 100 votes shortly before the polls closed. Maybe advertising dollars had something to do with it or a relationship between Kabab Grill's ownership and this publication? Either way, we all know who truly won. New title: "Best Richmond Vegetarian Farce: Your Votes Won't Really Count".
