im trying to sell my bike but it unfortunately wont start

here is what is happening. Battery has juice to start fuel pump etc. but inly gives a loud click when i go to start her. then i get a code, something like 003 rsw

my battery tender is correctly connected, but blinks (not charging battery)

so, i think my battery is low (duh) but my tender is bad (has been dropped a few times)

am i right? could it be anything else?

That's exactly what my 1100 did with a low battery. Charged it and started right up.
Check the fuse in the battery tender.

You think batter tenders website will have fuse instructions?

How old is the battery BTW? They do age and start to loose cranking ability - so you'll can get lights, but it won't have enough 'oomph' to start things up. Pretty much any auto parts place can run a load test on a battery and let you know if you've got bad cells
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.
