Evap can removal. Whats this hose?

Im looking to remove my emissions crap and the evap can from my 99 750. I saw on ducatisuite.com a tutorial but no mention of the hose I have attached below. I am questioning the thicker hose on the right that goes into the engine on the right side. What do I plug it with? The other pic is of the "intermediate air box" or is it the evap can?

I'm not sure what you are asking, but the answer is pretty simple.  A hose runs from the tank to the canister.  That hose will now go to the atmosphere.  If you like, you can tee it into the tank overflow hose.  The bigger hose from the canister goes to the atmosphere.  That will no longer exist.  The two smaller hoses go to the intake manifolds.  You can eliminate the nipples and plug with 5mm. screws or put rubber caps on the nipples.

I didnt pull on the hose I pointed out, it is to the atmosphere. (der to me)

Just one last dumb question: when pulling the two lines from the tank under side, fuel isnt gonna come out right?

You'll have two hoses dropping from the tank, one is overflow and one is vapour.  The vapour hose goes to the canister and now you can route it down alongside the overflow.  Alternatively, you can cut both and put a Y and run a single hose down.  That's what I did.  Do it about 8-10 inches down from the tank so any overflow gas can run all the way down.
