Anybody have any good recommendations for what grit sand paper to use before i paint my exhaust?  paint from the headers all the way back.  Any and all op ions welcome. I know i should powder coat or ceramic coat but i spent all the money on the bike and my 4 year old twins.  Thanks in advance.  Rob

id do anything between 120 and a 320 grit depending on condition.

i would not powdercoat. those headers would kill the paint. Spray paint 1000 degree stuff works best. just make sure you follow the instructions otherwise it will look like crap.
