Not too sure what it would be but it does look like it would still be a frame chop as the frame comes out past the tail light.

They are called half-chop or partial chop or short tail or .....

You need to chop half of the full chop.

They were a common aftermarket item, but I haven't seen them in a while.

I think Carbonworld and Shift Tech 'used' to make them ... or you could probably just cut down your plastic beer tray (and the frame to suit).
