I have a 2007 S2R 800 Monster. Does anyone know who makes high compression pistons for this engine?

What is your plan?

I have a tuned 800 and I think it needs better breathing and then more gas more than it needs higher compression.

i still think you should see if 696/796 heads fit on the 800
