If the idle hanging on overrun is a persistent problem, adjust the trim in the ECU.

I had an M900ie that nearly drove me mad that way.

I didn't think the 1.5 computer was adjustable.

Yeah it's done via the serial interface and Ducati tool or via one of the aftermarket diagnostic tools.

Sorry. I meant to say that I didn't think the 1.5 computer was adjustable easily or cheaply. I was thinking about the 1.6 (I think) that allowed minor trim adjustments via a screw on the ecu under a rubber bung.

I know for sure that the ecu may be reflashed or have a power commander or such hooked up to it and then the sky is the limit, but those options are not open to my current low bank balance! LOL!

I'm saving though, so we'll see how that goes. Funnily enough, I bought a TPS and alloy clutch basket and had I not needed to/done so, I'd only need postage on the power commander! [bang] LOL!

Yeah the larger and older P8 and 1.6M have a potentiometer behind a rubber cover/plug. Entry level diagnostic software isn't too expensive and many people share with neighbors. Some dealers will change the trim for free or small fee.
