Oil temp gauge

If Im gonna pull my oil cooler I thought it might be a good idea to have a temp gauge. Saw one for ducati's on Louis Motorcycle and Leisure (Germany). Its made by Moto Detail. Good price too (not sure what shipping would be though).
Says it will fit these models:

DUCATI 600 SS (600SS)
DUCATI 750 SS (ZDM750SC)
DUCATI 750 SS IE NUDA (750SS/99)
DUCATI MONSTER S2R (M4)
DUCATI 900 SS (900SS/98)
DUCATI 900 SS/SUPERLI. (ZDM906SC2)
DUCATI MONSTER 900 IE (ZDMM200)
DUCATI MONSTER S4 (ZDMM400)
DUCATI MONSTER 1000SIE (M1000SIE)
DUCATI MONSTER S4R (MONST-S4R)

Isnt the 750 SS the same as the 750 Monster? Would this fit my '99?

is it the sort that replaces the oil filler plug? If so, it should fit any monster until the advent of the 696 (Might even fit those, I just don't know)

But on Louis Motorcycles its cheaper.

Just noticed that there are some on ebay. More expensive but might be cheaper cuz shipping from Germany might blow it up.

Yeah, but a simple conversion to get used to.
The eBay ones are in F. But I don't know the size of the filler cap/thread pitch etc (seller needs to know)
