I just read a "for sale" ad for a 2001 M900 where he was talking about a recall for the slave cylinder issued in 2005.
Does anyone know if this is true?
If so,is there a way I can tell if it has been done on my '01 M900?

2 ways:

Your dealer or DNA can tell by your bike's VIN.
Unbolt the slave.  No weep hole - not done.
                         Weep hole - done.
