Hi,

I've tried searching in the forums and I found the S2R 800 rev counter tutorial but I don't think that's my problem. I say this because my needle is attached and sweeps upon startup. When the bike turns on, it doesn't read engine speed at all. I don't really know what the problem is...

I really hope its not a problem with the entire instrument panel because they're well over 800 bucks. Is there a quick DIY fix?  :-\

[thumbsup] that's definitely an idea for sure. Bookmarked it on my browser. Hopefully, I won't have to resort to that as I've spent about an extra 1600 USD on an Arrow exhaust (btw, sounds freaking amazing) and CRG lane splitter mirrors... all of which, i'll admit, are frivolous  [cheeky]

just the speed or also de rev is dead? if only the speed you should 1st check the speed sensor, follow the whole length of the cable, look for shorts along the cable, look at the fuse... hope it works  [thumbsup]
