Help with Bitubo steering damper...

I lost the parts that connect the shaft end of the damper to the bracket.  Can someone take a photo for me so I can source the parts?  Bitubo has been no help.   

I remember that it's more than just a bolt, but I don't remember more than that.  Thanks!
