Hey guys.  ive been reading on this forum for a while now trying to gain some knowledge about ducatis. Im wanting to buy a monster that ive been interested in for a whle now and just wanted to know if its a good deal and what you guys think? Its a 1994 M900. He told me it has about 24k miles and runs great. Said carbs need to be cleaned / tuned maybe. Its got a newer s4r single sided swingarm and newer style forged wheels.  Its a clean bike and really fixed up nice. also said he put high comp pistons in it. the lowest i can get it for is $3000.  What do you think? good deal or no?? i think 3k is a lot for an 18 year old bike,..but thats just me.
