upper triple stem - bushings how to?

hi!

Well most of my bike is tear down, but I found out that the bearings on the upper and lower side of the stem were pretty f_cked up, sooooo I tried to pull them off, upper came with a little effort, totally destroyed... but the lower one is giving me hell...   is there a way to unscrew, pull or whatever the tem from the down tripple? the upper has a nut but the lower? or just hammer it of? please help! thank you.. oh yes anyone knows the size, brand of the bearings? Thank you!

what browser were u using? ive tested it on IE FF and chrome and it all checks out

do these work? i took a gridner and gave it a cut then pryed it open and it slide right out.
