yea, a coworker told me she saw this and asked me if I "hear about the new lane-splitting laws...". I saw the guidelines (NOT laws!) and they kind of pissed me off.

If any motorcyclist needs this guidelines to know what's safe they're gonna be dead quickly if they don't learn quickly.
