DucaBike slipper clutch

Has anyone installed/used one of these?  I've put on one a '95 900SS I'm building for the track.  There's no mention of having to use a different length clutch pushrod, or a different end cap, but for whatever reason I'm not getting any clutch lever engagement since installing the new clutch assembly.  "Looks" like exactly the same mounting size/depth as the stock basket setup, so I'm at a loss for what may be different.

The clutch pushrod I've got is 325mm.  I'm told there are 2 pushrods for this era of motor, is that true?  If so, is there a length longer than 325mm?

Also, are there different end caps that fit into the pressure plate - i.e. a longer one that would take up more of the gap?
