DAYS OF GLORY PAST

[bang] My bike felt like it was going off on the rev limiter at 6500 rpm then would work fine . I did a track day and when my rs went down I used it to fill the rest of the day and started out fine then began to cut out again , repeatedly . Went hone and checked basics ,plug wires , connectors were all good . it has not acted up since but I asked the mech at pro italia and he suggested I change the fuel filter. It was not inexpensive for what it is . I took the tank off and found one allen bolt missing which is surprising since one of them was turning the molded in nut due to red loctite I assume , the others came out fine . I thought it might be interesting how I fixed it. I drilled of the allen head and  I cut the plastic away from the top of the nut to work the nut out . I changed the filter and filled the hole with glue made from abs chips and acetone . I pushed the nut back in and cleaned off the extra that came out when the nut went in and let dry . I turned the screw out and made sure no glue was in the threads before I let it dry .24 hrs later I put it all back together and no leak so far . I have pics dont know how to post them .
