Lately I've had some pretty (/great) customer service experiences with parts, service, etc people.
Firstly, when I took my carb from my 750 into Ducati San Antonio to have Ben go through it thoroughly, they sold me a brand-new pair of carbon Termis for $500 just to get them off the shelves. Ben did excellent work, and charged me practically nothing for the service, even though I had him put in a new jet kit (for the pipes). Great attitudes at that shop, all around.
Secondly, I ordered a pair of NGK plugs from Ca-Cycleworks. Their site recommended DCPR8E for my year/make/model, but when they arrived they had the ball-type cap which was non-removable and I could not install them
. When I inquired about sending them back for a pair of D8EAs instead, Candice replied that they were just going to send me some new plug wire adapters instead for my trouble!
These people are doing it right!
Any other places in your neck of the woods you would recommend DMFers to give their patronage?
