Pull the pump.

Check to make sure the screen isn't clogged with that mung that was in the tank that you disturbed and that the lines are tight.

While you're in there change the filter...NAPA 3032...about $7 retail.

i figured it out, i had a kinked line a little further down after the tank.. something silly! but thank you all for the help!
