Spacers and bolts for high mount exhaust?

Did DP or termignoni provide longer bolt and spacers for rearsets clearance with their high mount kits?
I currently have them installed with some washers instead of spacers but the bolts seem a bit short and they are squeezing the rubber grommets in order to get fully bolted.
So does anyone know what was provided with the kits and if there is a place i can buy these now?
