Just got to the point where I was sliding the new springs in the tubes and they won't slide down all the way. They appear to be a slightly smaller inside diameter than the OEM ones, what do I do now?

Pull the damper cartridges, remove the plastic spring guide gizmos.

How do I remove the cartridges, bolt on the bottom of the fork? First time doing this so I'm gonna need a bit more detail. Thanks! : )

Yes, bolt on the bottom, air or electric impact gun very helpful for removal.

Okay what's the trick to this. I got the bolt to spin free and it doesn't appear to be loosening any more but the cartridge still won't slide out.

Push on the end of the damping rod, that should create enough friction to get the bolt out.
