Quick Question - Should My Clutch Rod Have This.....

Ordered and received a new clutch rod from the dealer for my 06 Monster S4R. When I looked at it, it seemed odd, is this what it's supposed to look like? The one currently in my bike doesn't have that little horizontal pin. Hmmm.....

Yes, the part number that you ordered supersedes to that one, just as if it's a direct replacement.

Which it isn't, well, at least until you drive the pin out.
Then it will fit.
Fully support the pushrod when you drive the pin out, it's a tight fit.
