M1100evo - what fuel/air mixture adjustments are available on a pure stock?

Before getting into modded air boxes, Power Commanders, new cans, etc, can someone please list every adjustment that is available to a Ducati tech that has anything to do with the air/fuel mixture.  When cold, at idle, under partial load, full open throttle, etc?

For and extra bonus, also explain what these folks offering to re-flash my stock ECU can actually change?  (For example, I got a PC on a former 749, and it had no effect at less than 25% throttle opening, by design. Can a ECU reflash change all the curves at any throttle setting?)

Seems this would be of great interest to all M1100 evo (and likely 1100, 796, and 696) owners.

thanks

no adjustments are available.  well, apart from changing fuel pressure, which is very old school and will be overridden in the closed loop portion of the mapping anyway.

when reflashing it depends on who and what they are doing.  the lambda sensors can be turned off, making it open loop and allowing the mapping across the whole range to be modified.

the pc you had fitted to the 749 must have been the wrong one, as the 749 isn't closed loop, and the pc made to not change the mixture in the closed loop portion of the fuel mapping are obviously specifically for closed loop bikes.
